Gas modulation refractometry (GAMOR) is a methodology for assessment of gas refractivity, molar density, and pressure that, by rapid modulation, exhibits reduced susceptibility to various types disturbances. Although previously demonstrated experimentally, no detailed analysis its ability reduce the pickup drifts has yet been given. This work provides an explication what extent modulated in general, GAMOR particular, can drifts, predominantly those cavity lengths, leakages, outgassing. It indicated that insensitive linear parts so-called campaign-persistent it significantly others. makes suitable high-accuracy assessments out-of-laboratory applications.
